These appointments happen at the hardest moments: a health care directive that needs signing before surgery, a power of attorney a family did not know they needed until this week, a will that has to be executed while there is still time.
May works around the ward rather than against it - nursing staff, visiting hours, and a signer who tires quickly. What she cannot do is bend the rule that matters most: the signer must be conscious, aware of what they are signing, and acting of their own free will. If they are not, she cannot proceed, and she will tell you kindly and straight away rather than take a fee for something that will not hold.
Call as early in the day as you can. Hospital visiting hours and a signer who is sharper in the morning both make a real difference.
