A loan package is not an ordinary notarization. There are a hundred or more pages, a dozen places that need a signature and initials, and a lender waiting on a courier deadline. One missed initial sends the whole package back.
May takes these slowly and in order. She goes through the package page by page, points out every place that needs a signature or an initial, gives you room to actually read the numbers on the closing disclosure, and gets the package back to the courier on time.
